| The first episode is actually one of my favourites! The animation is superb, you a sample of the kind of things the Murasame gang does (I'd kill for an OVA just about their adventures) and the mood and writing is fantastic.
I first saw this from a DVD I got out of an anime shop's bargain bin for $5 just after my 15th birthday, only getting it because it looked like Tezuka's style, but wow is this episode a good one to get people hooked with. | |

| MY story: One year on Christmas, I was searching Amazon.com to get my father a present. He used to watch Gigantor as a kid, and since he owned every episode, I checked to see if there was anything Gigantor he would like. I found Tetsujin 28: Monster Resurrected. I bought it thinking "Oh! Gigantor in color!". When I saw it, I found out about the actual story behind Tetsujin, who Dick Strong was ( KENJI!!!!), and Yasuhiro Imagawa. I fell in love with the series and I now think I am obsessed with it.  | |

| I'm so glad there's a growing number of fans now! I went through my huge Tetsujin phase when I was 16, but there was only past fans that I could talk to. I had to go to Japanese fansites and Pixiv if I wanted to connect to anybody, or make fans out of my friends. I also had a huge crush on Kenji and have been vehemently jealous of Takamizawa... (I like her now, though.) | |
